My name is Anna Reumert and I am the editor-in-chief of Utblick, the magazine published by Utrikespolitiska föreningen (UF) in Gothenburg. My hometown is Copenhagen, but I have spent the past few years in Gothenburg studying Global Studies and Anthropology at Gothenburg University. Also, I am thrilled about global politics – not least when it concerns the Middle-East and Africa (though I will try not to bother you too much with that).

Together with my creative, engaged and ambitious editorial staff, we strive to make Utblick an active platform of debate and thought on global matters. The magazine addresses primarily students and members of Utrikespolitiska Föreningen, but can (and should) be read and shared by many more. Utblick is published four times a year and as it includes articles both in Swedish and English, we aim to reach a larger network of international students. Since we are not affiliated with any political or religious interests, our doors – and pages – welcome any independent voice.

Our wish is to address the world with a critical curiosity and our only demand is that you do the same when reading our magazine. Who knows, you might even have fun while you’re at.
